Whether your goal is to transition out of the military in three months or three years, it's never too early to start planning your next endeavor. The experiences and resources provided while in the service create many opportunities, from entrepreneurship to attaining a degree from an accredited university, the world is your oyster.

On Saturday, July 20, at Marymount Events Center in Spanaway from 9 a.m. to noon, visitors can connect and learn with many businesses and universities eager to speak with the military community.  These businesses actively seek out servicemembers, opening up doors to unique and exciting career paths. Throughout the day you can sit in on inspiring and informative seminars including an informational session about your G.I. Bill benefits, how to make a career freelance writing, and tactics for transitioning out of the service. The USO Pathfinder program will also be present to explain the many resources and trainings they provide and can connect you with. The Dream Big Career and Education Fair is intended for servicemembers, spouses and dependents - whether you know exactly what you want to do next, or have no idea.
