Military.com reports that chiropractic services and acupuncture could soon be covered by Tricare.
Currently neither are offered to military family members.
"The proposal will be issued in an official regulation change notice no later than early next year, according to a document distributed to military support organizations this week and obtained by Military.com," the web site reported.
