Has your child ever wondered what it would be like to take a remote operated vehicle and go scuba diving?
Are they interested in becoming a pilot?
Or perhaps they're a space aficionado looking for space related activities.
If so, then look no further. The Museum of Flight offers a variety of camps throughout the summer to quench an interest in most any flight-related topic.
Accredited by the American Camp Association, the Museum of Flight's Aerospace Camp Experience comprises several programs: Flight Camp for campers going into first and second grades, Aerospace Explorers for campers going into third and fourth grades, Planetary Voyagers for campers going into grades 5-7, Advanced Camp for campers going into grades 7-9 and ACE Apprentices a volunteer opportunity for students going into grades 10-12.
The following is a list of this summer's camp experiences:
Flight Camp: For children entering first and second grade in Fall 2010
Amazing Pilots
Meet pilots, take a tour of an airport and learn about famous aviators.
Dates: June 21-25. Cost: $265 for members and $315 for non-members.
Blast Off!
Test rockets, design and build a custom space cruiser and make and launch rockets daily.
Dates: June 28 to July 2. Cost: $265 for members and $315 for non-members.
Beginner Bots
Learn how to use and explore the basics of robots.
Dates: July 5-9. Cost: $265 for members and $315 for non-members.
Weather Wonders
Learn how weather is created.
Dates: July 12-16; Cost: $265 for members, $315 for non-members.
Tour the Solar System
Make a miniature greenhouse, and a robot rover to learn about the solar system.
Dates: July 26-30. Cost: $265 for members, $315 for non-members.
The Spectacular Blue Angels
The Blue Angels give a firsthand look at take-offs and landings.
Dates: Aug. 2-6. Cost: $265 for members and $315 for non-members.
Fantastic Flying Toys
Play with stomp rockets, rubber-band powered propeller planes and mechanical birds. Make paper airplanes and figure out which one flies the furthest. Use toys such as kites, boomerangs, and taketombos.
Dates: Aug. 23-27. Cost: $265 for members and $315 for non-members.
Aerospace Explorers: For children entering third and fourth grade in Fall 2010
Super Soaring Space Ships
Follow the development of space exploration from early rockets to NASA's latest project, the AresCrew Launch Vehicle. Test different rockets to see which can soar the highest and go the fastest.
Dates: June 21-25. Cost: $290 for members and $340 for non-members.
Junior Flight School
Learn what it takes to be a pilot. Learn how pilots plan a flight, communicate with the tower and navigate the skies. Meet with pilots and flight instructors and learn all about modern flight.
Dates: June 28 to July 2. Cost: $290 for members, $340 for non-members.
Robotics Apprentice
Make rovers that can pick up objects, complete an obstacle course or engage in tournaments.
Dates: July 12-16 and Aug.16-20. Cost: $290 for members, $340 for non-members.
Matter Matters
Make space goo that is both a solid and a liquid. Create your own aero-gel.
Dates: July 19-23. Cost: $290 for members, $340 for non-members.

Learn what it takes to be a Blue Angel.
Dates: Aug. 2-6. Cost: $290 for members and $340 for non-members.
Fun in the Sun
Experiment with energy types that the sun emits.
Dates: Aug. 23-27. Cost: $290 for members and $340 for non-members.
Planetary Voyagers: For children entering grades five through seven in Fall 2010
The Spectacular Blue Angels
Learn about high performance airplanes and watch aerobatics performed by some of the world's finest pilots.
Dates: Aug. 2 -6. Cost: $315 for members and $365 for non-members.
Deep Sky
Learn about types of stars, attend a star party and enjoy an overnight adventure in the museum.
Dates: Aug.9-13. Cost: $350 for members and $400 for non-members.
Radical Robots
Make water rockets, stomp rockets, launchers and model rockets.
Dates: July 12-16. Cost: $315 for members and $365 for non-members.
Aerodynamics
Investigate the shapes of planes and how different designs affect the way things fly. Make your own airplane models and test them to see which one fly the furthest and the fastest.
Dates: July 5-9. Cost: $315 for members and $365 for non-members.
Robots on Mars
Examine the roles of Mars rovers. Use Robotix kits to make a Mars rover. Then compete in a design challenge.
Dates: July 19-23. Cost: $315 for members and $365 for non-members.
Air-to-Air Fighter Pilots
Learn about aerial combat. Spend time in the Aviation Learning Center.
Dates: Aug. 16 - 20. Cost: $315 for members and $365 for non-members.
Robo Rumble
Spend the week building robots and competing in challenges.
Dates: Aug. 23-27. Cost: $315 for members and $365 for non-members.
Advanced Camp: For children entering seventh to ninth grade in Fall 2010
Robotics Master
Design, build and maneuver robots and go scuba diving with a remote operated vehicle in the pool.
Dates: June 28 to July 2. Cost: $460 for members and $510 for non-members.
Space Training
Includes a scuba adventure and a campout.
Dates: July 5-9. Cost: $460 for members and $510 for non-members.
Aviation Marvels
Learn about planes and take an overnight field trip.
Dates: July 26-30. Cost: $385 for members and $435 for non-members.
Helicopter Adventures
Learn about helicopters and meet helicopter pilots.
Dates: Aug. 2 - 6. Cost: $385 for members and $435 for non-members.
SeaFair Science
Learn about SeaFair Science and spend the night at the Museum of Flight.
Dates: Aug. 2 - 6. Cost: $385 for members and $435 for non-members.
Camp sessions run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Extended care is offered each morning from 7 to 9 a.m. and each afternoon from 4 to 6 p.m., except on Fridays. Fees are $50 per week, regardless of hours attended. Extended care campers at the Museum enjoy additional hands-on activities.
