Madigan's Department of Pediatrics is offering several dedicated physical exam dates this summer:August 28, Sept. 13, and Sept. 25.

Physical exams appointments are offered for TRICARE Prime patients ages 4 to 18 who are enrolled in the Madigan Department of Pediatrics. Parents should ensure that the parent section for all paperwork is completed prior to arriving and should bring the patient's immunization records. Please arrive 15 minutes early for measurements and vital signs. Also, please ensure that your child/adolescent wears comfortable clothing to their physical. If your child has multiple medical issues or special needs, please book the physical with your child or adolescent's primary care provider.
