McChord TRX fitness training starts March 5

Tired of your fitness routine? Get fit two new ways for free at the McChord Fitness Center Annex, Building 726. TRX Suspension Training meets Tuesdays from noon to 12:30 p.m. and 12:30 to 1 p.m. Koncept Fit 101 meets for eight weeks at 6 p.m. starting March 5.
