Your invite says that girlfriends/spouse/boyfriends of deployed soldiers are invited, but also in the invite you say that you have to have a military id. Well my finance' is deployed, but unless your married you dont have a military id. So technically only spouses can attend, no one else, am I right?

Fiancees and girlfriends need only to bring the name, unit and location of their loved one. That is good enough. We'll add that to the site above. Thanks!!

I have already RSVP'd with the needed childcare request. My question is how do we know if we are selected or have a spot in the childcare?

If you RSVPd for daycare, you've got it. Beginning now, 9:45 a.m., 1/21 daycare is full. We are so sorry to announce that. Daycare no longer shows as an option on the sign-ups. We have the names of all that asked for daycare up to this point.

I've registered & can't hardly wait! I'd like to bring a friend with me too! How do I register her if I've already registered me?

You just mark you are bringing a friend and then pay for her at the door. You don't register her name.

Can you not open a waiting list incase others cant make it, highly doubtful they will be so kind to call and cancel, but maybe a possibility for those that would like to come?

Is there a waiting list for the babysitting? I really want to attend this function but I will need care for my 4 year old. Will hourly care be open on post this day to help out?

Is there a number we can call to double check that we got the childcare? I did include the information in my RSVP, does that mean I got it?

If you inputed your children's ages into the RSVP system, you are good!! There is not a waiting list. Again, we were really hoping the daycare community would step up in Lacey, but they declined to do so EXCEPT the GREAT folks at Lacey Learning Center. If you know anyone needing daycare in Lacey, please refer them to Lacey Learning Center. The center is running our daycare on the St. Martin's site. I really wish we had more room. Maybe spouses could take turns watching kids at a local McDonalds or other kid friendly place and at least get 1-2 hours each at the event.

My husband is deployed and luckily I do not have to worry about babysitting. But if there is a spouse out there, Military only please, that would like to have my 13 y/o daughter babysit (4 y/o+), then please contact me. We live 15 mins from St. Martins, Ruddell and Carpenter. I am under the user group for this event, same name.
