I am a mother of two, spouse of my soldier. I am an Army veteran myself, but enjoy the full-time housewife position. We moved to Ft. Lewis late July of 2011 from Ohio. Our two children are 2 and 3 years old. Their daddy is due to deploy between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year, an adventure we're unprepared for.
I live in Houston, but grew up in Los Angeles. I served in the Air Force for four years in Avionics Maintenance working on the F-111's at Cannon AFB in New Mexico and in the UK at Upper Heyford. That was so cool. Now I send Care Packages to the military working dogs in Afghanistan and other overseas locations.
