Through June 8: Tony n' Tina's Wedding

Rialto Theater

Maybe you've never been to an Italian wedding, but just say the words: Italian wedding. Getting some good mental imagery yet? At Tony n' Tina's wedding, everything that could go wrong, does, in over-the-top Italian style, that is. Father Mark gets plastered, Uncle Luigi has bladder-control issues and Tony's father shows up with a stripper on his arm. Funny enough just viewing it from the sterile safety of a theater chair, but Tony and Tina wouldn't let you get away with that - the mantra of the show is, "they get married, you get involved." Audience members actually attend the wedding as if they were a guest, shimmying down in conga lines, feasting on a fully-catered Italian dinner, dancing to live music and being an eyewitness to every single hilarious disaster that befalls Tina and Tony during the course of the night. Now that's amore!
