Who doesn't like meat off the grill? Well, vegetarians we suppose, but still. Barbecue is pretty damn popular. Saturday, July 6 the Lacey Chamber of Commerce looks to jump all over this fact with the South Sound BBQ Festival, this year at Huntamer Park. Expect an amateur cooking competition, vendor booths and tons of food. Admission is free, and yes - there will be a giant pink slide.
