The third annual Hip-Hop In the Park Festival is set to go down in People's Park Saturday, filling the bowled grass and surrounding streets with all things hip-hop: dancing, rapping, poetry, singing, antique shopping. OK, so antique shopping isn't hip-hop unless you're Kanye West, but that's not the point. The point is Hip Hop in the Park - DIY and youth-led - is one of the best annual events Tacoma has going. Check it.
