New Phoebe House in Tacoma is dedicated to helping women right their lives - souls beaten down by life, addicted to substances, chronically homeless, uneducated, and/or just downright hopeless. It's an amazing thing, the way New Phoebe House snatches lives from the jaws of despair. Sunday at the Swiss, Junkyard Jane, The Disclaimers and Stacey Jones Band will play in support of this Tacoma institution.
