There's beauty in simplicity - the Presidents of the U.S.A. proved it. Think "Peaches," and "Lump." These days, among other things, Chris Ballew of the Presidents spends his time going by Caspar Babypants - dishing out goofy kids' music. Next Thursday he'll hit the Wheelock Library - the first stop of three February Tacoma library performances.
