I had a wonderful time at this restaurant when I was in college, I used to take my Japanese girlfriend here all the time; it was fine dining without breaking our budgets; the food was great and very strongly flavored, promptly served, and the decor was superb - starched white linen table cloth, good silverware, beautiful paintings, it was cozy yet grand, if it had closed down, then Tacoma is at a great loss.
