Gibson's serves made-in-the-Northwest frozen yogurt with live and active cultures from YoCream. Of eight flavors, the chocolate, vanilla, sorbet and a sugar-free option are constant. The others rotate weekly. Try açai blueberry, strawberry lemonade, Euro tart (tastes like honey yogurt) and cookies and cream.

The toppings bar is loaded with fresh fruit: chopped kiwi, strawberry, banana, pineapple and mango. It's a kid's (and honest adult's) dream come true. We're talking about mini M&M's and Gummi Bears, Oreo cookie pieces, Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped nuts, candy bars, brownie and cheesecake bites, cinnamon roll chunks, hot fudge, caramel, whip cream, rainbow sprinkles and more. Oh my!
