Pretend you're a rich city slicker in a suit and head down to Ruston Way;  C.I. Shenanigans has a new happy hour that is as easy on the taste buds as it is the wallet. Always a class act, Shenanigans offerings include a quesadilla packed full of King crab with ancho chili pepper aioli, and herbed calamari rings with mustard thyme dipping sauce.

"Where's the beef," you ask? Try all-beef sliders crowned with caramelized yellow onions and melted cheddar cheese on toasted buns, or an Asian yakisoba noodle dish with baby bok choy and kalbi beef.

Not looking for red meat? An intriguing edamame hummus is whipped smooth and served with grilled pita bread brushed with garlic olive oil.

With 17 half-priced happy hour appetizers to choose (average price $5), it's almost certain something will float your boat. But if not, take a walk on the libation side. Shenanigans, a 25-year Ruston Way institution, offers glasses of Columbia Crest house wine for $4, $3 well drinks, $5 Pancho Villa margaritas, $5 Finlandia Cosmo coolers and martinis featuring Gordon's gin or McCormick's vodka, and $2/$4 Big Horn draft beers. Happy hour at C.I. Shenanigans runs Monday through Friday 2-6 p.m., Monday through Saturday 9 p.m. to close, and Sunday 2 p.m. to close.
