Come Sept. 3 Puyallup area residents will be able to cradle yet another restaurant creation by the Joeseppi’s Italian Ristorante group of restaurateurs.  Across the street from Sparks Stadium a New York style deli will be born and lovingly given the name Sparks Firehouse Deli.
