BENEFIT
A wine tasting to benefit the Fred Oldfield Western Heritage & Art Center featuring 12 Washington wineries will be held Saturday, May 9 beginning at noon, at the Heritage & Art Center on the north side of the Puyallup Fairgrounds. TEA CEREMONY

FRIDAYS UNCORKED
The Bayview School of Cooking offers a blind wine tasting Friday, May 15 from 5-7:30 p.m. Five wines will be tasted. Come and go as you like. The cost is $12 per person, which includes cheeses. COCKTAIL 101
El Gaucho Tacoma presents its next cocktail class Friday, May 15 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Since it’s spring, the fine dining restaurant will concentrate on Cosmopolitans, Lemon Drops and Kamikazes. You’ll have to concentrate on walking. The cost is $40 per person. Reserve your space at 253.272.1510.
