Almost since the day this animal opened in Old Town Tacoma, it’s been a hit with locals who sit and sip a glass of Raymond Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Reserve 1998 while discussing the merits of matching Pinot Noir with salmon or Chablis with oysters.
