Lady Luck’s Cowgirl Up’s Bahama Mama

Bump an dgrind and rum

By Brad Allen on September 6, 2007

Cowgirl Up’s Bahama Mama will make you warm in places I am not allowed to mention.  Served in a tall glass, this coconut rum concoction helps you forget it’s already becoming colder at night. Add a shot of the Captain, some pineapple and orange juice, and a splash of grenadine. Hold the fruit spear. I like a float of Bacardi 151 on mine. Try getting a bartender to actually do that. They act like you asked to have your face lit on fire.

The girls who cocktail at this dance club/meat market/steak house rotate costumes depending on what night you go. One night they’re in camouflage pants and tight white tees; another night they’re sporting Catholic schoolgirl outfits. I can’t wait for Halloween to see if they’re in nurses’ uniforms.

The hookup factor is an eight. The drive is worth it for a relaxed dress code, dancing cowgirls, a little bump and grind on the dance floor and poker. Anna’s Ride Home, a complimentary taxi ride for wobbly customers, has helped me a few times.  Thanks Lady!
