Julie Bennett

Look what she wore at the Urban Art Festival

Walking around the Urban Art Festival I spied a hat-wearing, cool looking chick who I immediately thought was Whatcha Wearin’ material.

Turns out the cool chick was a friend of mine, Julie Bennett, beaming at the success of her daughter Brooke’s Teen Vogue coup.

Most of Julie’s ensemble does, in fact, come from her shop, urbanXchange, like the hat, quilted jacket, hooded jacket and yellow “tacoma” (wearer’s own art!) tee layered over a Gap striped tunic tee.

Skinny jeans are from uXc, too, brought in “by that adorable girl who works at Buzzards.”

Last of all, a shrinky-dink bird necklace, plastic cutout earrings, and ’70s-cool button accessorize the outfit, with PayLess shoes and a big bag (to hold festival necessities like umbrella and sunglasses).
