Before the dancing began, Tacoma showed up at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center full of high spirits and fabulous clothes for the Tacoma Art Museum’s fund-raiser gala “The Night Tacoma Danced: European Cabaret.” At first glance, the made-up mini people with interesting hair and makeup lurking near the convention center looked like they might be part of the cabaret act until it was realized that there was a cheerleader competition in town.
So while the wee little fabulous ones danced by day, the bigger, older fabulous ones danced by night.
How cool is that?
